No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Barhops event bookings, entry fees or digital purchases unless the law requires one.
Subscriptions and app-store purchases
Apple and Google process in-app purchases. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not refund the current billing period. Store refund requests are governed by the store’s terms.
Event bookings
Event places are non-refundable if you cannot attend, arrive late, are refused entry by a venue or do not complete the event. Transfers require our written confirmation.
Cancelled events
If Barhops cancels and does not provide a reasonable replacement date or equivalent service, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Email barhops@lunafox.org about an unauthorised charge or service not supplied as described.
